[ Ubiquiti UniFi ][ 5.5.24.0 ] Wi-Fi Management
#16
Trying to install on a N5550 with OS 7 Beta. Your dependencies list OracleJRE8, but the install is asking for JRE7...

Quote:2016/07/07 13:58:26: The App will install/upgrade, please do not reload or close the admin UI
2016/07/07 13:58:42: App Name : [ UniFi ]
2016/07/07 13:58:42: App Version: [ 5.0.6.0[5.0.6] ]
2016/07/07 13:58:42: App(OracleJRE7, above version:1.02.00) does not exist.
2016/07/07 13:58:42: App installation failed.

I installed JRE7 from the NAS App center and the install completed. I assume this is a script error and it's not actually using JRE7.

Is because there is also a UniFi version 3.2.1.0 in the AppCenter developed by Thecus wich require OracleJre7. So you need to install aslo OracleJre7 but my module need Java 8

It looks like mongodb is working correctly when is manually started.
After you start UniFi, is the mongod.log file present on this location /raid/data/module/UniFi/sys/UniFi/logs/mongod.log? Could you post the content ?
I received message from another user with the same issues on x86. I tested on x64 OS5 and OS7 and is working correctly. Did you tried also to remove the module and then install it again ?

The mongod.log file is not present, just a bunch of server.log's

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice with the same result.
I am moving the NAS to a family members house tomorrow, I can set up remote access for you if you want to log in and have a poke around.

Sure, a remote access will be perfect to check what is the issue. Just send me a private message

outkastm Wrote:As i don't have a UNIFI device, could you let me know if you uninstall the module and then install back, the configuration is restored ? Test with this version 5.0.6.0

It is high season, so I could not test, because I did not want to take the risk and be without WiFi for my guests for too long.

Yesterday I had a day without guests, so I installed 5.0.7.0.

It went without a problem this time.
