No webserver security port

Hello. I have been trying to use webserver ssl, but there is no securit port. I would appreciate help.

I would also like to know how to make port 10080 redir to 100443.

Please check following parts:
\naswebsite\conf\httpd.conf -> ServerName <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.example.com:10080">www.example.com:10080</a><!-- w -->
\naswebsite\conf\httpd.conf -> Listen 10080
\naswebsite\conf\extra\httpd-ssl.con -> Listen 10443
\naswebsite\conf\extra\httpd-ssl.con -> <VirtualHost _default_:10443>
\naswebsite\conf\extra\httpd-ssl.con -> ServerName <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.example.com:10443">www.example.com:10443</a><!-- w -->
