[ Sabnzbd+ ] Usenet Grabber
After upgrading from 1.1.0.2 to 1.1.1.2 I noticed I did not have 7zip support. Found out that an upgrade op the module does not modify/update the /raid/data/module/SabnzbdPlus/sys/bin folder.
So I extracted the 7za file from the module and placed it manually (and made it +x). Upgraded the other newer programms as well (replacing existing versions of unzip, unrar, par2 and openssl).
Now everything is at the latest version in my system Smile

Are there other files I shpuld be aware of for replacing?

Normally you should not replace any file, everything should be included but the update function sometimes is not working as expected and not all the new files are copied correctly.
I made a new update, 1.1.1.3, now existing module is removed entirely and replace with new version. Also module WebUI is channged, now you have the option to change the http port and https port if want it.

Version 1.1.1.2 works for me. Only thing was that the installation took a while.
Do I need to upgrade to 1.1.1.3?

If you are happy with the current installation, there is no need to do so Smile
I noticed outkastm had added support for 7zip to the module, but when I looked into sab it said it could not find the 7za programm.
It seems the update did not replace the new and changed files in SabnzbdPlus/sys/bin.

He changed the way to do an upgrade of the module, so it will replace everything there was with the new version (delete all the previous files except the configuration).
This worked fine for me. Installation/upgrade took somewhere between 5-10 minutes.

Also new in this version is the option to choose on which ports you want sabnzbd to run.

I'll give it a try. It won't hurt.

PS Upgrade was without any problems.

Wink
Hi With 1.1.1.3 x86 OS5 I get the attached error on screen win the web browser.

When I check sabnzbdplus is stopped.  I can restart and get back in but it may then give the error.  It only appears when something is downloading from what I can see.  What should I be checking to try and diagnose the issue?

Cheers

This is the way of SABnzbd telling you that there is no more connection to the (webserver of) the application. In this case because the application stopped running.
You will have to look in the error logs of SAB to see what is causing the application to stop. There will probably be an error logged that will give a good hint where to look at

Just for my information.

When will the new version (1.2.0 x64) be available?
@outkastm: Is your NAS still broken?

Be careful if you shift it to 1.2, lots of people are experiencing SSL issues dependant on OpenSSL / Python variants.
