[help]how to back up data in Thecus M3800

Hello,

first , sorry if my english not good :oops: ... my name taufik from indonesia.

i have question about thecus M3800 :
1. i wont to backup thecus M3800 , how to backup thecus M3800 to my PC or external drive
2. why if thecus M3800 turn off the date back to year to 1970

Dear Sir,

1. Please try on USB & eSATA schedule backup module from <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.thecus.com/product.php?PROD_ID=13">http://www.thecus.com/product.php?PROD_ID=13</a><!-- m --> -> Downloads -> Module -> USB & eSATA schedule backup module. But the HDD on M3800 should years old, thus recommend back up file as possibe.
2. It is out of COMS BIOS battery from the mother board, as like your PC/NB too. Thus you just need take battery off and replace with same model battery.

why can not I make a backup of USB .. always " Target Device is Read Only "
my HDD External WD 2TB with NTFS , FAT32 partition

Dear Sir,

Since USB HDD link to NAS and detected from NAS HDD information, please access USB HDD from NAS share folder to ensure this USB HDD about reading & writing or not.
