N4100PRO Unexpectedly Shuts Down
#1
Sad
My N4100PRO has started shutting down unexpectedly.  I do not have any automatic power off settings enabled.  Is this a heat issue?  Or is the motherboard failing?

1. Can be dust then heat issue.
2. The NAS will automatic shutdown in order to protect your data for failing HDD in the RAID system.
3. Can be the PSU.

Thank you!  I will inspect for dust buildup.  When the unit is operating, however briefly, the RAID5 is all healthy.  All disks are healthy too.

inspect with caution since perhaps your NAS have "warranty seal" from your local dealer, you can consult with them too, they are expert with that.

and dont forget to mark every HDD placement numbers on the right slots dont get mix up.
