HI all !

Sorry I don't speak very well in English.

I've a Thecus N10850 by SimplyNass.com. When I received it was already on RAID 5 and all configured to work well. Suddenly ... Noting ! I try to connect by SMB I've "input/output error". So I restart my caja on my computer and now I've "NO file existed" After that I go on my NAS IP (administration), when I clic on the folder icom I've "You don`t have any RAID system." Now On Storage / Raid Manager I've this =>

All look clean / Healtly.

Also I did Storage / Disk information / Smart and Test. All my 10 disk are good according the test. I don'T have any error log message, And all my led are correct. I've create a ticket thecus here. but I think the service has some problem Sad

I don't know what happen and how to fix it. Also it's possible I don't want to lost some file already on my NAS.

Some one want to help me with my NAS ?

Thank You !
Ok it's weird, I know.
I just finish to do all test. No defect bloc all all are clean. But I have always this error

I've try this " Storage / RAID / Apply" but doesn't work. I have this error =>

I need to fix it, but I realy DON'T want to lost some files. So before acting I want to make sure that will can't affect (erase) my data. I want to try " Storage / RAID / Edite " Than clic on "Remove Raid" =>

Also rebuild the same RAID 001 with all my 10 disks. It's dangerous for me or it's completely save ?
It sounds like the raid is running but the config isn't there. I suggest not doing anything on the webgui. Turn on ssh and login. then type 'cat /proc/mdadm' and see what's there.

This is very funny. I am now getting this exact same error on my N10850. I looked at what I wrote and I indeed found an issue that the UI had no indication of. One of the drives was bad and running the dmesg command gave this info.

I removed the drive (sde = 5th drive) and the array came back up in degraded mode.
